When will the event commence?
UnitingWomen 2018 commences with the Official Welcome at 7pm on Thursday, 27 September.
When will the event conclude
UnitingWomen 2018 will conclude with the Closing Session at 12:30pm on Sunday, 30 September.
Do I receive an invoice with my payment?
In an effort to keep administration costs to a minimum, payment is required at the time of registration. You will receive a tax invoice when you pay, which may be used for your reimbursement/business expense claims with your employer.
How much does registration cost?
Early bird registration is $249 and is available until 31 May. Ticket inclusions include Thursday Supper, Daily Morning and Afternoon Teas, Friday and Saturday Lunches and admission to the Saturday Night Eats and Riverfire Spectacular. After 31 May, the price of a ticket will increase to $299.
A concession ticket (available to Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islanders, pensioners, students and unwaged attendees) is available for $199.
What will you do with the personal information I provide?
Legislation requires us to state the intention and purpose of registration information. We can assure you the parties listed are our registration software company, our payment provider, the Uniting Church in Australia and the venues for catering purposes.
Is there on-site parking?
Unfortunately there is no parking available on site. Somerville House is located in close proximity to the Vulture Street Bus Interchange and also the South Bank Train Station.
