Adelaide Airport ↔ Adelaide
There is public transport available from Adelaide airport to the central business district or city centre of Adelaide. The trip takes approximately 30 minutes. The J1 and J3 buses are the most direct between the city and the airport, with a stop both at the airport (located near the taxi rank) and several specific stops along Currie and Grenfell Streets in the city centre.
A J1 or J3 bus leaves at least every 30 minutes (usually more like 15), from the very early hours of the morning until approximately 11-11.30pm.. For specific times, please see the full timetable here.
When catching the J1 from the airport, please ensure you catch one going to the City (not Glenelg). To view bus stop locations in the city, please use Google Maps (see below) or the map available here.
The trip to/from the airport should take approximately 20-25 minutes, depending on traffic.

One of these buses usually leaves at least every 30 minutes (often 15 minutes or less during the day). Buses will ensure people can arrive on site by 9am each day and will be available at the close of the program each day (times vary – please use Google Maps or Adelaide Metro).

The walk between the conference site and the city centre is relatively flat and easy to navigate. Walking from Grenfell Street to the church should take approximately 25 minutes. If walking after dark, please consider your safety – travel with another person or group and stay on the path close to the road (rather than travelling through the park).
